Hi, I’m Brad Stevens. Not all that long ago, I was right where you’re at now. Whether you’re a solo business owner, or you have a team of people working for you, at some point I’m guessing you were trying to do ALL the things yourself. You had a To Do list a mile long and growing, and thought you could get a handle on it by working 16 hour days.

I’ve been there. At some point, midway through my second business venture, I found myself waking up at 5 a.m and getting straight to work, and then slogging through both big picture business development and time-consuming admin tasks that were important but weren’t aligned with my main passion of growing my business. I was seeing my family less and less, my health suffered, and I was constantly sleep-deprived.

I could feel that burn-out was imminent, and even worse….despite all this, my business wasn’t growing at the rate I needed it to. I needed to somehow snap myself back into leadership mindset by revisiting the fundamentals. I also knew I needed to get clarity around my business vision (set goals) so I could devise a workable strategy. I knew that I would also need to create a system which included a daily routine, because discipline would be required to get me there.

Once I discovered these systems, I didn’t look back. Now I’m the nation’s leading expert on growth mastery, as well as outsourcing and delegating. My passion is teaching my fellow entrepreneurs how to create sustainable systems so they can go back to growing their businesses.
